Close but no cigaro

On the eve of the year of the monkey, I was in good spirits. Made it to campus for my first archery session in over a month. Despite not having yet passed my novice assessment last term and having kept myself away for so long (for shame!), I was pleasantly surprised there was a coach on hand (left his bow at home) and not so many people. More shooting time!

Feeling relaxed for a change and without feeling the usual pressure I could work on keeping a steady form this session and getting a few decent shot groupings to boot. Nice try Robin Hood. Looking to nail that assessment to the board next Sunday.

Looking to join some more activities this spring once the weather starts looking up again. Thinking of trying indoor wall climbing and basketball again. Using the free pool to practice swimming wouldn’t be a bad idea either…
