Chickpea tuna pasta

To end a somewhat dull, rainy day on a high note, I tried a new recipe involving a can of chickpeas for the first time.

I first came across a great article on ways to use chickpeas on google. To check it out follow the link here. The base chickpea pasta recipe that I used was the following.

I deviated quite a bit from the recipe as I lacked courgettes, lemon and parsley among other things, which I substituted with green peas, some tuna and lime. Fortunately I also found some ribbon pasta which looks to go rather well with this dish. Continue reading“Chickpea tuna pasta”
